Never use drag radials in the RAIN. 3 rotor RX-7 crash

We just got done breaking the half mile record when the rain came out to play. Even with brand new Mickey Thompson ET Street R radials it wasn't enough to stick to the road.

It wasn't just the tires. For about the first 30 minutes of a rain are the worst because the oil and fluids on the road aren't washed away yet.

When i saw the title i was sure we would not see the 3 rotor in a while, again. So happy to see neither you or the car got damaged too bad. Really grateful that you put this up and warn everybody about how easily it could happen.

Glad you're safe Rob, one of my good buddies just had the same thing happen to him. He was driving on the highway in his c6 corvette with MT ET streets and got caught in the rain. The car lost traction and he hit a semi, destroying the front bumper, as well as the passenger front fender and door. I'm just glad he's okay and no one got hurt.
