This is very true, but it’s also important to be healthy

Stay safe ❤

My top weight was three hundred and twenty six pounds. I now weigh 158. I was beautiful then and I’m beautiful now. I’m in my early 70’s, have a somewhat lopsided face from brain surgery but still honor my magnificence. 😊 Always do and be your best, it shows!

This is so refreshing to see a cosmetic surgeon not criticizing ppl and enforcing that there’s only one type of beauty

People need to realize that someone being bigger does not mean they arent trying to get healthier. The reason we should love ourselves no matter the size is because what matters is our health. If someone feels hopeless and insecure its much harder for them to get the motivation than someone who is happy and confident

I was 402 at my heaviest and now I’m down to 298! I know I’m still heavy but I’m loving myself more as I continue my journey ❤

reminder you almost never see ppl “normalizing obesity, ” you’re seeing people saying that your worth and beauty isn’t determined by your size. if you can’t love who you are as a person and believe you’re worthy before losing weight, you will severely struggle after, if you ever do.

I struggled many of my growing years with anorexia and bulimia, because of mental abuse convincing me i was fat and lazy. It ruined my body so now even with my 5mile daily jog, a very strict healthy diet, and chasing my toddler around everywhere; I am stuck at 263lbs at 5'2". Sometimes weight and size aren't about healthy/unhealthy habits but about physiology and psychology. Today I still feel "fat" but I still have better health than other people my age that are at the weight suggested by doctors. If you hate on people for their physical appearance than it just means you are just as sick and "unattractive" mentally. Mind your own business unless you care to listen to people's life story and struggles.

I just saw a Lizzo/Dove advert with a girl that suffered an eating disorder which appears to have stemmed from too much time on her phone, if you haven’t seen it, look it up. It’s incredibly important.

I deeply appreciate this. So much shaming in the name of "health" but you don't know what is going on with people's health.

Slowly learning this. Also, I learned to love me after losing 200 plus pounds. So.e days I still feel the same

Dr. Youn has the biggest and kindest heart in the world. Unfortunately, society doesn't agree with someone so kind. People, mostly men, are ruthless to women and their weight. That is my personal experience, anyway.

That video cheered me up... I'm tall and everytime i go to school my classmates says "how is the weather up there? " or "look a giraffe! " as a joke... I just laugh the pain away... this video changed my mind of being tall:)..
