I just love your voice telling me how to cement cardboard. Your son sounds just like. I had to think how you got younger looking or this was an older show I missed.
Trust me learning tons. I just love these videos, plus reading questions and answers. Thank You!

I'm honestly surprised by how effective this technique is. It really does look like rock once it's done...

This is interesting. I’m thinking of this system for a “rock” structure on a pool deck. We want to use it as sort of a diving rock. Does this support weight?

Thanks for this great video! I’m looking for an affordable way to build a large, solid, “rock like” coffee table for my home that is not too heavy and can withstand some weight! I think I can handle this… the concrete on top, do you add a plaster or spray as well, for color and/or waterproofing? Also, can you get all supplies at a local hardware store like Home Depot? Thanks for the diy and answering questions in advance! ☺️

Nice video. Been watching all of them b/c I have to build out a water element in my back yard to complete the corner. Can I use a bag of say "SAKRETE Gray Type S Mortar Mix" instead of 2p sand 1p cement, then seal it for the waterproofing? Thinking of using pool noodles to build out the shape then the metal lathe then applying mud.

I was thinking about using used rubber conveyor belt as a form liner inside of a rock wall casting. Would be nice to 'texture' the conveyor belt somehow. Any ideas on how to do something like that, some sort of heated metal roller or something. CNC Torch or something.

What might happen if you don't first spray the cardboard? Will it become a soggy mess and collapse?

Do you ever use a hot melt glue gun ! Or do you always use dry wall screws ?
