b. They think it’s already in the CV
3. My advice is that you prepare for this questions. And I will give you an easy formula so that you can prepare quickly and also remember easily
a. Job title – responsibility - result
4. (considering you are still working)
a. I work as ***. My key responsibility area is to *** resulting in *** (use your own terms)
b. Eg. I wok as a sales trainer … My key responsibility is to motivate and teach advance selling skills to the employees while answering their specific questions resulting in more sales and highly trained sales agents.
c. Additional advice:
i. If the interviewer wants to know more or you are expected to speak more.
ii. Mention how long you have been in this position
iii. List of few key responsibilities
iv. List of few more results
v. Highlight any responsibility\result that matches with this job interview profile.
