I'd recommend these workers for this store
2 Cashiers (remove self checkout counter)
4 Restockers
4 Janitors
1 Manager
4x Guards (remove security gate and put some cameras when affordable with hanging plant near the cameras)
4x Finance Reps
And for other changes,
Remove the shopping cart as their useless as customers doesn't take it
never have more than 14 parking slots because going over it is a massive waste of money.

I somehow managed to get 1.2mil under 6 hours. wasn't expecting that from a 150k budget store 💀

this is genuinely the best layout for midgame. If you want to use delivery driver you can just set manager to 200 percent, and I get 50k/10 mins using this
