Thanks for sharing. FYI, the RadioMaster R88v2 receiver is only compatible with protocol FrSky X mode. I have an original FrSky X8R receiver which was flashed with the lastest FrSky v2.1.1 firmware can only be binded using protocol FrSky X2 mode. To have 32 channels, you can use 2 R88v2/X8R receiver and 2 SBUS->PWM converter. We can buy 16-CH sbus->PWM converter. such as R81 + SBUS->PWM converter

I looked into it.. and you can get 2 SBUS converter.. and hook up 2 of them onto 1 RX and control the 32. OR use a UART system

The tx16s was bit ~lot overwhelming when it came out, stil i absolutly lve it, i got 4in1 for non expresslrs~happymodel es24tx pro for learning how to fly drones and one day a nice heli, maybe a wing but doubt it!its amazing how far tx rx hsave come since ~i think it was early 80 my neighbour came out his shed with an enormous heli~ide say blade 2 blade tip 3meters easy.sadly could only start it ~too many powerlines.thanx for sharing great to learn more about the controller, i do still everytime i goto use it.would love to feel them cnc ed gimbals but atm i just loose drones i save n build.started line of sigh ~cameras in australia north of 150$ if its digital, i got them hd zero goggles~spoiled and just got analog speedybee now i can use the 4 or 5 i have from broken tiny quads, my first 5inch had all new expensive stuff~lasted me 3 minutes and flew away.i disarmed second i new the wind
had it but it was 37~39C so i unplugged camera~hdzero freestyle~and off with the goggles, sadly i didnt know the radio has a find drone and you can also install fron iinav im sure a more precise one after looking in that heat, next day i fell down the home stairs~carpeted lucky~im still not mobile enough to look for that drone.since feb 25th .okmy pleasure watching your lovely video!sorry i wrote a book 4 you to read.medication does weird things sometimes.Peace n God bless all u do.ox!

I just got a ER8 receiver. How do i bind the receiver to the tx16s? But first does this receiver needs any updaiting software like the radio when buying it?

It looks like this is possible for ELRS too, but it’s currently only working for two receivers. You’d need two 16ch receivers and I think the biggest are 14ch right now.
