People tend to complicate issues that the All Authority of Scriptures simplifies:

“And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized? And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him.”
(Acts 8:36-38, KJV)

If after talking with a child one is convinced that they believe with all of their heart, it is well to water baptize. The proper mode of baptism is full immersion, and the proper time is after one has come to true saving belief and faith in Christ Jesus.

Just as many parents these days (through their own pride), usually run a race to teach child to read earlier than other children, or to speak at an earlier age than other children; I think there’s also a rush to get their kid saved first, and baptized first. I think some of this is pushed by prideful parents. There are some churches where children are being manipulated by saying prayers that they don’t even understand, and without being taught anything about sin.

Both my sons got baptized in the name of Jesus Christ at age 7 and 8 and they understand what baptism meant and and repentance. Who is left is my daughter and she is 6..she has to first understand first.

If faith looks different before 12, maybe there is a simpler faith that exists before 9.
One has to believe what the Bible says about families and offspring as well as what it says about mature conversion.

As a confessional Presbyterian (PCA), I will have my kids, if I have any, baptized within the first six months of their birth. However, I know this is an issue where Baptists and Presbyterians disagree.

I was born as a baby, Catholic, that funny original sin thing! Then, at 22 I was Baptized at the Olsteen church in Houston, I am now 65. The first baptism was unnecessary, no baby is born in sin! The second cost me thousands of dollars before I realized I was just a contributor to the riches of the Olsteen family.
Poor Christ they have twisted him into some one else’s busllshit and profit

The idea that this guy would have anything to do without someone's child is sick and wrong. Children and this shit about "sinners" is horrific. People open your fucking eyes.

Water baptism happens because someone has been saved. Water baptism doesn't save.
The recent coronation happened because Charles is now the King. The coronation didn't make Charles the King. Charles became the King when his mother - Queen Elizabeth the Second - died.
A coronation for William or George would be nonsense as neither of them are King.

If they think they are ready, Baptize. No one says you can only be Baptized once. Rededicate as often as you wish. Baptism isn't a REQUIREMENT of Salvation, it is a declaration of dedication.
