How to use a foldable cloth pad?

i use the microfiber novelty hand towels i get from Dollar general and the Dollar tree. i fold them in thirds, and they help me tremendously more than any conventional pad. i hemorrhage instead of just bleed, and i can have a period up to 6 mos when unmedicated. someone with a regular eriod can use a smaller piece of cloth like you have shown. i dont have issues with slippage either. i wish i could post pictures of some of the cute towels i have gotten, and still have them, they stay real clean and in good shape.
