Hey appreciate your videos, I have a Polaris 2006 500cc HO 4x4
Bought it with owner saying it needed. Secondary
Bought a refurbished one looks great
Fitted it up! Still same issue ( bike rear wheels locked up no matter what gear it’s in and when it’s on bike doesn’t shift / or doesn’t shift easy )
After fitting new secondary I thought maybe primary isn’t great i was told to check the primary wear the belt sits ( should only spin one way apparently) which it did, since then I put a new belt on since changed secondary and old one didn’t look great, bike still not moving
There seems to be some noise coming from the secondary or primary area
I’m not sure what to do don’t want to spend anymore $ on process of elimination
I saw you reply to someone saying with the machine on and belt off can we spin the secondary which is my next test ( not sure what the result means ) but I will check to see if it does or doesn’t spin, please any help greatly appreciated

*I have a Polaris 850 high lifter, did a wheelie in the grass yesterday and heard a grinding noise followed by the bike coming to a stop and no longer moving in any gear. I put it in 4x4 and it moves but I can hear a faint crunching noise while the bike is rolling and tell that the front wheels only are moving the bike. Also when put in park the bike rolls away in 4x4 or not, instead of locking the wheels. Any idea what the problem could be?*

I have 2016 Zhejiang Apollo automatic atv 125cc it starts up fine but wont move. But if i lift the back up off the ground the wheels are moving

HELP! I have a Honda Fortrax 300 1998. Starts Up with no problems. When I put it in gear it maybe goes 5 feet then just stops.. I put it in reverse and again just moves 5 feet and stops. After I turn off the engine and turn it back on it doesn't move at all.. After about 30 min.. It will move again 5 feet... Anything I should look at? Any kind of help would be great. Thank You! .. Just to add that I tried starting after winter since its put away and it wouldn't go so I gave it a few cranks and that's when this all happen.. My crank no longer works it now just goes down with little force but nothing to start the engine..

My atv turns on good it goes slow but when I give it full throttle it just slows down like if it’s gonna turn off.

I have a scrambler 400 2 stroke i can feel it shift and the clutch is squezzing the belt but i hear a noise coming from th secondary clutch and the bike wont move in forward or reverse? you got any ideas i cant find anything online

hi there i have an suzuki 400 the problem i’m having is when i put it into forward it moves like 5 meters then it stops moving same as in reverse and also without me starting the engine i can easy move it, by pushing it while it is in gear.

My 99 scrambler 4x4 with awd off, it has 400 original miles and I thought the breaks engaged on the 2nd ride after replacing, chain, sprocket, rear bearings and axle and all pads and front calipers… but i couldn’t find a problem so I took belt off and it was out of spec. I put new belt on and now i rode about 1 mile and it felt like belt was slipping, so I turned around and as I got in driveway (dirt) the rear wheels felt like they were locking up. Now I can’t move it cuz it squeals like a mfkr and it feels like rear breaks are stuck and this is in N. Idk WTH it is man

It won't move because it's a damn POLARIS! GET rid of it! Polaris stands for P-oor O-ld L-ooser A-in't R-iding I-t S-unday! Polaris ain't nothing but trash.. I know I have to work on them all the time and they never ever ever run right even after u fix them.. I live right here next to mossy old adventure atv in west point, ms and they sale that garbage. They told me to give them a price per hr what I charge to work on them and I told them I ain't even trying to work on all those 4 wheelers stacked outside their shop yall sold that garbage then yall can fix it yourself... so many Polaris atv's out by their shop u have to turn sideways and squeeze between them to get to the shop door! The only way I would own one is if someone gave me a brand new one free of charge.. and when it started to mess up any I would take it to the city dump and leave it there... I hate polaris
