What is Climate Change? Mitigation and Adaptation in Romania

Romania is committed to moving towards a greener and more competitive low carbon economy that makes efficient use of resources and is resilient to climate risk. Therefore, the Government of Romania, through the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, has requested the World Bank to provide advisory services to help meet this commitment. A program is implemented jointly by the World Bank and the Ministry, aiming to enable Romania reach the Europe 2020 objectives for fighting climate change and pursuing low carbon development.

I want to tell you that Romania is really a very beautiful country with very beautiful places. But this country has a problem: corrup politicians, that make laws only for themshelves. Millions of romanians emigrate from their country because of low wages. And that is sad, because this country hasn't infrastructure and good roads. Despite the rich natural resourches from Romania, this country is still quite poor, because unimpressed politicians from corrupt parties, like PSD. A romainian proverb said: "Our mountains (r.n. Carpatians) bear gold, but we beg for money from house to house". And someting else; romanians aren't a people of gypsies (how other nations use to think). After the Romanian Revolution of 1989, many poor people emigrated in western Europe, where they did many nonsense and robbery, and spred in people's minds wrong idea of "Romania=gypsies". But it's not like that. Most emigrated romanians left the country because bad conditions made by politicians. They are simple people who want a better life than in Romania, a stolen country stolen by unworthy people. And this people even make careers where  they go. And the conclusion is that romanians aren't "gypsies", and Romania is at the tail of Europe due to the corrupt policical class. Visit Romania, because I tell you, Romania is a beautiful country with many scenic landscapes. I hope it was worth readind this and sorry for my english ;)

İ definitely love romanians (including gypsies)very warm people...

but EU or worldbank should never invest in Romania or Greece etc. even help. Because it probably goes to waste.
