Dude from Jennings that delivered the subfloor dropped a deck pack for me a couple weeks ago. We talked about y'all and he confirmed that all of you are cool as a fan. at 15:30... your Architect did a great job on that! Catching that plumbing and having the stack come up that way. great work

As a truss designer, a good way to design those trusses that would’ve prevented you from having to grind out the concrete would be to get rid of the end vertical and start the first diagonal from the top. So if the truss is long or building is shorter by a 1/2”, you could’ve cut the bottom chord by that much and eliminated the grinding issue
