How to make Mexican Marranitos/Cochinitos!

Follow along as we attempt to make Mexican Marranitos for the first time!

What you'll need:
-1 pilloncillo (or 2/3 cups brown sugar)
-2 tbsp water
-3 1/4 cups all purpose flour
-1 tbsp baking powder
-1/2 tsp ground anise
-1/2 tsp salt
-8 tbsp butter (1 whole stick)
-1/3 cup brown sugar
-2 eggs
-1/2 cup honey
-marranito cookie cutter
