I, Scientist is a unique conference that emerged in 2017 as a response to the obvious imbalances regarding people's social and political identities in science and academia. Our goal is to increase awareness of the structural inequality responsible for this imbalance and provide support and mentorship to young scientists and academics.

Our Mission:
Taking steps towards decreasing structural inequality, helping our participants establish a broad professional network so they can support and empower one another, and providing them with information regarding the wide spectrum of professional possibilities and opportunities for people with a scientific or academic background, in order to support them in making good decisions for their own professional development.
