Ambitious plan to tap into Table Mountain water source

An audacious plan is under way to tap into a 450 million-year-old water source in Table Mountain. Cape Town is battling one of the worst droughts in more than a century. As dam levels drop to 18-percent capacity, the entire Western Cape province has been declared a disaster zone. In an attempt to avert catastrophe, plans are under way to tap into this iconic landscape, as CGTN's Travers Andrews reports.
