Gingrich: Arrest 'Activist' Judges With U.S. Marshalls

In a Face The Nation interview with Bob Schieffer, 2012 Republican Presidential candidate Newt Gingrich said he would instruct the Justice Department to send a U.S. Marshall after 'activist' judges and then encourage impeachment. The Young Turks host Cenk Uygur breaks it down.

"Activist judge" is code for "That judge made a ruling I didn't lke." No judge "legislates from the bench". No judge ever has, and no judge ever would.

Attacking the Supreme Court? Gingrich wants to be in trouble does he? In seriousness there is no such thing as an "activist judge", a judge ruling that religion has no place in education is a judge who deserves a pat on the shoulder.
