Carl Sagan's Perfect Science Prediction

Carl Sagan didn't just understand the Cosmos; he knew exactly where we were headed with our understanding of science and technology. Sagan warned in a 1990's interview with Charlie Rose that we were entering an era in which we would struggle to comprehend both science itself and the people engineering it -- and the consequences of developing blind trust in the system of science would be severe. To Sagan, we can only trust the science when we don't just trust the science.

I liked Mr. Sagan while watching Cosmos (what seems like eons ago), now I like him even more. He was a true scientist and a real scientist ALWAYS questions current 'truths'.
