I was expending a lot of time on Instagram, Facebook also on tik tok 🥺..
So I decided to delete it... Now i feel really Good I have time for everything, I have energy, and I'm not comparing myself to other... And I was like I think my friends miss me but I realize that they don't. Now I'm expending more time with God... I feel Great!

This is a very sad reality of life. We are becoming slaves of our own gadgets. We should know how to control and use our gadgets wisely especially smartphones. There are two things we should always remember when using our phones, for a very important call and for sending an important text message.

I already spent my 3 whole year under this addiction and finally realized but it's too late now my life got seriously impacted!!!pleasee avoid phone as much as you can & spend time wth people u love most l9ve them take care of them !!! I used to be a big consumer relying on my phone, tablet and laptop but then i decided to reduce the amount of time i played and i was a addict to social media and want to grow my fanbase but then i realised that its just numbers and gaming is a waste of time

as a high school student i dont use phones much since im either in school or doing homeworks. but whenever i have time i use my phone. i can live without a phone but i cant live without music

Man, I cringed so hard at the coffe with the iPad photo and also the so “hardcore training” photo that I almost die from a heart attack, but at the same time it’s so sad that there’s people actually living like this.

Social media makes me very jealous of people who post pics everytime they go out, it's like they have such an active social life, and i dont, but somehow that's not true, I go out too i just dont post on social everytime I go out, i would rather enjoy being in the moment but it still makes me feel like something is missing, that I'm living a lesser life, just because i don't document every single moment of my life for people to see and evaluate.

Point is, if you use social media, doesn't matter how sorted of a life you live, it's still going to effect your mental health and self esteem. It's just so hard to ignore.

There's nothing wrong with using the internet or social media as long as you keep it in a balanced state. people are living through devices now. that's disappointing.

also check my phone for time and weather, infos(like news and history) and occasionally playing games or listen music
