The Biblical TRUTH About the Virgin Mary

Catholics are taught to pray to the Virgin Mary because they believe that she can intercede on their behalf. However, that's a form of spiritism which is condemned by the Bible. Not to mention, the Bible teaches that believers sleep in the grave after they die, and they don't go to Heaven until the second coming of Jesus. That includes the Virgin Mary. Therefore, the Virgin Mary can't even hear your prayers. So praying to her is a waste of time.

I was a non christian and i came to jesus through Mother Mary mother of our Lord Jesus christ… who still lives. No catholics pray to the dead. Asking for mediation and prayer are different. It is sad to see this priest, everytime he adresses an issue he has with what Greg points out straight from Scripture, he gives an excellent explanationas to why the Catholic church does things, but he never references even his own Bible, just beliefs of their traditions.

There is Luke 11:27-28, where Jesus clearly says focus on him. Also there is Luke 2:48-52, where Jesus is illustrating God is the father, he is the goal. While Mary and Joseph are extremely blessed to be chosen to deliver the King into this world. They are not to be worshiped or prayed to. Also I find it confusing that the Catholics focus so much on Mary, when Joseph was the bloodline. It is just that Mary was his betrothed. Why is not Joseph prayed too then? While the Catholics have some stuff right Exorcisms, a way for people to confess their sins to one another, which most churchs don't have an open door to do that easily. They have a lot of traditional stuff that is not necessary and the Pope being the authority of God instead of the Bible, is something that has plagued the Catholic church. Why we have Lutheran's today. Now the new pope is working to confuse and rewrite Homosexuality as not a sin? Again for 2000+ years it was well established that it is. Why now is it not, because it doesn't conform to the current culture?

I know that this video may be bombarded by defensive Catholics, which is only natural, but why would you want to seek Mary when we can seek Christ directly? There's no greater Gift freely given to us, apart from Jesus alone 🙏❤️

God sees and hears everything(because He's God, obviously) so it doesn't really makes sense to pray to saints. Plus they're still dead, waiting for Jesus' Second Coming. Pray to God or Jesus directly
