but is there any policy for the provider like if u manufacture a piece a furniture and then cancels it for small default and the money which was invested in the product goes vain basically a loss for the provider so is there any legal policy to safe the provider from that loss

I am the person who wants to cancel but provider does not answer the phone or notices.
