This build is so easy and so effective, played all characters to lvl 60 and never experienced such an easy entry to T4 as with this build on necro and my gear is nowhere near perfection. However it allowed me to start farming on my own, one shoting everything in sight. Thanks!

I have the exact same build and set up with the aspect and i have been working on this for the past few days. I was doing shadow tidal wave till i switched to BS when i was at 65 and then I suddenly started 1 tapping everything fom pvp and was fighting 10 level highers than me and somewhat killing them all, had a huge quadra kill at one time. I now have a chest full of ears lool.

Highest kill at level 68 was a level 80 barb and a level 79 druid

Tier 30 NM dungeon at level 69l

bone spear build is not as easy as it looks it took me hours ravaging for the gear and aspect and it cost a lot of money but its all worth it.

Thank you so very much for this thorough video. I can tell you're speaking from a position of knowledge on this build. I am an recent convert to the Bones Spear skill. Early on I hated it because I dreaded the positioning and always running out of essence. When my Blight build hit a wall around 65, I tried all the other builds. I eventually landed on a Bone Spear/Minion hybrid which is also now hitting some rough patches in my early 90's and NM tier 50's dungeons. I'm now loving the BS skill and am ready to go pure BS now. I'm still trying to get the gear together for the switch and yours is the build I will change to. Bone Spear is now sop fun to play and so satisfying when you CT a big pack, curse them, the shoot one BS into them and watch the HUGE numbers blow up your screen. LOVE IT!

Super helpful video! I love the detailed explanation of all of the rationale so I have an understanding vs being presented something to try and copy. I def have 4 or 5 new things to try out with my build now, and a better idea of what t look for in gear. I’ve definitely been choosing crit over core skill dmg thus far, but am curious to see the difference with some core skill enhancement. Thanks for the vid.

Finally, this is a great guide from someone who really knows spear necro endgame. Something worth adding - If you're just speed farming regular T4 content, up to T60ish nightmare dungeons... Try using a Wand+Focus, and put Accelerating aspect on the focus. You'll still 1-shot everything you look at, but your attack speed will be almost 50% faster than using a 2h sword and man does it speed up the rotations as you move through content/dungeons. Ideally go for a 840+ Abe-Mari wand (reroll ultimate for vuln), and a 840+ Qin Focus (reroll the slow proc over to essence cost reduction).

I finally got my bone spear necro where I wanted him. I have always struggled with essence but your video explained it and your tips fixed it. I never run out now. Great video!

Amazing video. One add on I'd make is I personally have been really like using reaper summons over corpse explosion. Since there only 4 of them you still get 10% DR from stand alone. Their inherent ability combined with hewed flesh creates more corpses than blighted explosion, and it's more spamable which makes flesh eater easier to keep up. On top of that if you spec into necrotic carapace they fortify a lot which combined with blood drinker pretty much guarantees max fortify constantly. You don't really need their crit chance bonus from the sac in this build so that's also pretty easy to give up.

I have wasted 4 days farming that lucky hit ring aspect for my build. Spent more than 10k obols and turned out the only place I was able to successfully farm it from: Helltides ring chests. At this point have 2 of those as a spare just in case I get better rings. So looks like per my experience Helltides chests is the way to go.

SUPPRESSION MOBS: position yourself near a cave/wall/corner and force the suppressor to you, put the mob between you and the wall. Fire Bone Spear at the wall which will force a splinter and make quick work of the mob.
