Has anyone seen or heard about the new byd's new super e platform with ultra impressive new "flash blade cells"? Here are just some of its amazing specs:50% higher energy density(possibly with ultra high energy density innovative honey comb structure based anode)meaning 252 wh/kg at cell level ; 35% higher cycle life (7000 cycles) ;50% lower internal resistance and because of that 50% lower generated heat in pulse discharging and charging, 10C charging rate (10-80 % SoC in just 6 tiny minutes) ; maximum of 1000 kw of charging power, these insane new flash cells can recieve 1000amps of charging current which is unheared and unseen before. World should be worried not just tesla or CATL . Byd changed the NEV industry for ever . Historical moment for car industry (byd can achieve 428 wh/kg with gel polymer electrolyte and dry electrode coating in its amazing super cells for 2027 with 60% longer calendar life(16 years) because of gel polymer electrolyte)

Also want to know longevity tests that cover both cyclic and calendar aging (simulations).

2 minutes at 800c. Not long enough. 30 minutes at 200c would be much more realistic.

1 EV battery fire is 10 too many.
Good to see BYD is rigorously testing their batteries.
Thanks for showing us.
