Xcel Energy's Frank Mariano is one of only several hundred utility-employed locators in the U.S. that are assigned to protect buried infrastructure in urban cores. Jon Moulton and Joshua Richard of Q3 Contracting team up to demonstrate the return on investment that professional locators give utility contractors as they work in older, crowded and challenging below ground environments.

working as an operator of an backhoe-loader for more than 10 years, he could not achieve high-quality work on the detection of underground urban networks. it got to the point that I voluntarily and forcibly took possession of and acquired a search station for myself and was engaged in monitoring the compliance of projects with reality. irresponsibility at all levels ... thanks for the work and for me it is very nice to see that not everything is lost with humanity)))
