How to turn off the change engine oil light: Chevy Silverado, Tahoe, GMC Yukon GMC Sierra, Avalanche

This quick video shows you how to turn off the "change engine oil" light.
1.Turn key to "ACC" (but do not start)
2. Pump the gas pedal 3 times quickly
3. Change engine oil light will flash
4. No more change engine oil light

What if you change the oil, and reset the light. And after u drive couple miles and the light turns back on . Any idea wat that can be ?

The manual said to press the gas peddle to the floor 3 x for 5 sec. 🙄🙄 on the 2000 Silverado
