I have had this little guy for far too long. In this video we sit down to discuss what my thoughts and experiences have been with arguably the best SAK in the whole Vicotrinox line up... atleast that is, for bushcrafting. Is the Huntsman a solid little SAK? I think so! I also think it comes with the best set of tools a huntsman, or woodsman would like to have for the situations they find themselves in.

The Huntsman is a close second behind the Forester for my favorite Victorinox knife as far as outdoors use. And don't discount the corkscrew - you can use it to loosen tough knots and there is nothing cooler than being the one guy who can open a bottle of wine :)

The first time you use the corkscrew to loosen a knot that you can't work loose with your fingers will be a revelation.

the huntsman is my go to I have it in several colors, and I carry Parker jotter pens that I buy to match each knife, just cause I like the tool set and the pocketability . I add the straight pin, and the micro screwdriver as well as a lanyard I came up with that allows me to make fishing set with the contents of the lanyardm and the straight pin, even down to a fishing fly type lure from a short piece of the lanyard

The huntsman is not my favorite, but I'm a huge fan of the One Hand Trekker. No corkscrew and I prefer the serrated primary blade. Many will pupaw the serrated blade, but since I have a primary blade that is not serrated...the serrated blade is great at processing feather sticks, scrapping bark, and ect.
