chocolate chia pudding // healthy chocolate pudding - vegan, gluten free, dairy free breakfast

Calories: 378 | Protein: 10.1g
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup milk (you may use any milk, i used almond)
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Chill overnight or at least 4 hours before serving.
I used a 13oz/ 370g mason jar.

I never got the hang of chia pudding (the look and texture is just not for me) but you make it look soo delicious, i think i’ll give it another try :)

easier to chuck in a jar and shake the hell out of it, then put in fridge. Less dishes too
