Just gave this recipe a shot - it was fantastic. My mother-in-law said it knocked her socks off. The next time I try it I might go with the smash burger technique on the patty. The sauce is a big winner and I can see myself keeping it around for plain old burgers.

been following you on Instagram for years (from another account) first time watching one of your videos and love the camera work and content. Gonna pickup one of those water bath tools you have there and start trying these recipes...with a twist...I'm going to do them with my 3 year old grandson, will let you know how the experience...and the food turns out!
