PORK BELLY Sliders w/ Asian Cucumber Salad

Fatty and juicy. Pork belly is such a great bite. Today we’re making them into some delicious sliders with a great asian cucumber salad. We also go over some tricks I’ve learned along the way to make a deliciously flavored mayo that goes perfectly

Cucumber Salad:
1 Cucumber
1/2 Serrano pepper
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp rice vinegar

Great recipe and video James, thanks. Question, have you ever used one of the propane (or butane) cooking blow torches that have become popular in recent times (e.g. Su-VGun, etc.) to do the meat searing part at the end? In watching videos of various brands it looks like those really give you complete control in doing even crusting to whatever level you desire.
