How did Mr Raila get those results?

Let that person open the server and game over.
However, the person responsible for declaration and issuing the certificate is IEBC, and they concluded their tusk. Hence, Mr. Raila, since you have those results, then you know the person who gave them to you, and its that person who has access to the server, exposing him, will pave the way to the truth of the matter than maandamano. Alternatively, take those results to the Supreme Court for a trial since you believe in the rule of law period.
