How about some chapters, this is a long video, allow people to get to the section they are more interested in. When i got my first home in 1990 the rate was over 10 percent, after years of rate dating it went down to about 3 percent. At the end, im not sure how 2025 can be a good year for buyers and sellers! Holy smokes !!, was in gainesville 1st time Saturday for an event, the worst traffic ever, I live in the Tampa Bay metro and nowhere near as bad, we have many different highways and expressways to get around, that Butler shopping place is unreal, an hour to go a mile, many long lights and huge 4 way stop intersections, also lots of 1 lane roads ?, were the students still in town on Saturday Dec 14th ?

Interesting though the town has many higher end stores like whole foods, barnes & noble and trader joes, some bigger towns don't have all these, lots of high paying UF jobs and students like ?

Curious to know what its like on gameday with 90K in the stadium, does the town get much busier ?, also tons of hotels everywhere, more than some larger cities
