Time As Emergent Phenomenon (official video from 'Of Two Minds')

This is the 1st movement of the Sonata of Quantum Entanglements for solo piano by Tobin Mueller. It is the first track on Disc 2 of the 2016 double album "Of Two Minds: The Music of Frederic Chopin and Tobin Mueller." The music is influenced by Chopin's Prelude No. 3 in G Major but is very independent from it. The entire Disc 2 of "Of Two Minds" is Mueller using Chopin's Preludes as jumping off points. Some diverge completely, like this piece, some are more closely aligned and display parallel influences from which you can hear the similarities (like track 3, 8). The intent is to demonstrate how one composer uses another as inspiration.

"Time As Emergent Phenomenon" , like the other pieces in the 3 movement "Sonata of Quantum Entanglements", celebrates the synergy and beauty of science, mathematics, nature and music.
