VST3 history, advantages and best practice

This session will give you an overview about the history of VST as plug-in format, starting with VST1 up to VST3. We will talk about the advantages of developing VST3 based plug-ins (cross-platform, silent flag, side-chain, note expression, 3D audio, better host integration, ...) including demos with Cubase and we will explain some best practices concerning VST3 (moving from VST2 to VST3, 64 bit processing, licensing and testing).
