I feel that the last bull run was bolstered by all the money being printed. Major returns next bull run but I think they will be tamer in my humble opinion. A 10x on Bn24ix is and a 15x on polygon are fair considering how much those two coins are interwoven into the entire crypto ecosystem

Michael, I foresaw this early into the pandemic as so many people I know were and in fact have been approved to work from home indefinitely. Performance tracking tools of course. Plus online shopping. That does not bode well for commercial RE holdings. What's rather more concerning is that REIT's that focus on rental housing are hoarding their money as when they construct, at least here in Canada, they expect a 3-4% cap rate. Why go through all the brain damage of building when they can do better with bonds. Literally billions and billions. And I'm seeing it now. Housing is still appreciating significantly. A lot of homes selling over asking AGAIN despite the sharp hike in interest rates and controls in some markets of foreign ownership. It's rather disturbing. Unless you hold rental housing.

i read somewhere a few years ago that the economic crash would happen over a memorial day weekend. We would go to bed with things as normal then wake up to the crash. Saw a youtube video last week that said it would happen by June. Thought the timing was interesting!
