11:34 here the fuzzy part on top of the cell is called microvilli, these are epithelial cells, more specifically simple columnar cells
But i might be wrong because according to my textbook, the microvilli are present in the small intestine, i don't know if they are found in the uterus also.
Edit: after i watched that part one more time i think you said microvilli didn't you? I'm a little confused because according to the captions you say "like villi" but i think it is microvilli.
