INGREDIENTS
Vegetable oil, as needed for sautéing
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
1 green chili, chopped
1/2 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
1 cup ripe tomatoes, chopped
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chili powder
1 pinch salt

DIRECTIONS
1. Heat mustard seeds and cumin seeds in pan and let splutter
2. Add onion, garlic, green chili, ginger and sauté until onion is translucent
3. Add tomatoes and cook until soft
4. Add turmeric, red chili powder, salt and continue to cook until tomatoes are completely soft
5. Let mixture cool down, add to the BlendJet and blend for 1-2 cycles
6. Transfer to a bowl and serve!
