Add this tangy tomato chutney to your go-to recipe! it's made SO easy with #blendjet!
INGREDIENTS
• 2 TOMATOES
• 2 CHILLI
• 20gm CORIANDER LEVES
• 20gm MINT LEAVES
DIRECTIONS
🍅 Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients
You’ll need 2 ripe tomatoes for a juicy base, 2 green chillies for a spicy kick, 20 gm of fresh coriander leaves for a burst of freshness, and 20 gm of mint leaves for that refreshing, cool flavor. Tip: Make sure the tomatoes are fresh and firm for the best flavor.
🍴 Step 2: Prep Your Ingredients
Chop the tomatoes into quarters for easy blending, and roughly chop the coriander and mint leaves. You can also chop the green chillies into smaller pieces for an even blend. Pro tip: Adjust the number of chillies based on your spice preference!
🔄 Step 3: Add Everything to the BlendJet
Toss the chopped tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, and mint leaves into the BlendJet. Add a pinch of salt to bring out the flavors. For a tangy twist, you can also add a splash of lemon juice before blending.
🔵 Step 4: Blend to Perfection
Double-tap the BlendJet button and let it blend for about 20-30 seconds until everything is smooth and well combined. If you like your chutney chunkier, blend for a shorter time.
✨ Step 5: Taste & Adjust
Once blended, give the chutney a quick taste. Add more salt, chillies or even a little cumin powder if needed for an extra burst of flavor. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a tablespoon of water and blend again.
🍽️ Step 6: Serve & Enjoy
Pour your fresh tomato chutney into a bowl and serve it alongside your favorite snacks like pakoras, samosas, or dosas. It’s also great as a sandwich spread or a side dip with rice and curry! 🍛
