Honestly abt the latest (from this week) is am so happy that they just didn't put kimiki (aqua and Ruby's father) to a redemption because since they spoke to him and all it felt off as if why would he be so teased as an antagonist and if I am not mistaken even kill someone himself be redeemed didn't felt right but with the revelation that he didn't want Ruby to surpress Ai and stuff makes so but so much more sense to me and a genius move because you can feel it's off even with Ai's b-komachi member... Because since they were filming the movie didn't seemed like she could be a mastermind... Only him...

That ONE page of the latest chapter of the true face of Hikaru Kamiki it TERRIFIED ME to the point where I saw him in my dreams. That face vs when he saw Ai’s video told me everything: Hikaru was reacting to it shows that part of him that was still clinging onto his hope. But now that it reached its objective that part went away. But now: he is left with a void and him killing Ai can only fill that void. That is why he had Nino to kill Ruby. All it took was a nudge for him to kill Ai with Ryosuke, Nino to aid him in the killings, and the death of that Actress: at first a majority thought due to do Airi he has killed Ai due to her breaking up with him but in reality… he is a true monster, its possible he was “good” but he is an unredeemable monster.

I'll be honest idk why you think it's crazy right now. They took a way to safe approach. it woulda been a way crazier story if they went all the way with what was implied to have happened and didn't take it out. It woulda been an insane twist if they made history repeat itself forcing aqua to realize he made a mistake and lost another person driving him further down his revenge path. The way they went is not a twist and was a very by the books expectation.
