ArchiMate® User Community Intro

The ArchiMate® visual modeling notation leverages your Enterprise Architecture practice and helps you describe and understand complex systems. The Open Group ArchiMate® Forum enables member organizations to contribute to the convergence needed to reach the next level of professional development in the field of Enterprise Architecture.

The ArchiMate Forum is open to all organizations that apply enterprise architecture in practice, or support its use and development. The TOGAF® and ArchiMate® standards complement each other for an effective EA delivery. In this presentation we’ll go through the Who, What, Why, How, When & Were of a new platform The Open Group is launching to support ArchiMate® enthusiasts and practitioners, and to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Jean-Baptiste Sarrodie has been working in the field of IT as a manager and an architect in several industries for over 20 years. He now works as an enterprise architect for BNP Paribas bank and divides his time between accompanying the bank’s transformation projects and working on the evolution of the ArchiMate® standard within The Open Group.

Since 2013, Jean-Baptiste has been contributing to the development of the open source modeling tool, Archi. Jean-Baptiste is also Chair of The Open Group ArchiMate Forum
