I came here because the channel is called straight pipes, these cars have catalytic converters, resonators and full emissions. Very misleading.

I owned that motor and transmission in my 97 ek civic coupe. That motor was a piece of art. 9k rpm cutoff, vtec at 6k rpm... and that sound.

As adaily driver in Portland Oregon of a 2018 Civic Type-R. You guys are on point with every critique in your videos. Thank you honestly for being straight forward, and non-judgmental with your reviews. I've owned 3 different STI's over the years and I absolutely love Subaru. But, they haven't really changed in years. Honda changed the game with this one. My only complaint. The infotainment system and user interface needs serious improvement.

I drive the Civic FK8 since 09.2017 and use it as my daily driver. All I can say is that the car runs perfectly, no flaws so far and I enjoy driving it every day. Great car!
