Fast Photoshop Tutorial | Frequency Separation

This is a very quick run through of how to use a technique called 'frequency separation' in order to make it easier to retouch your image. I just go over the basic steps of splitting the image in a non-destructive way as a step to do before carrying on with the retouch.

You should record it as an action so you don't have to do it every time - it really is worth doing as it makes the tools available in photoshop much more accurate for realistic and detailed retouching.
