It’s hard to create a video with a format that works on YouTube. You know what’s easier? Finding a video that already saw success and copying it.

That was a really nice article. I only really knew about the DalekJd video, had no idea about the other big incidents. It’s okay to be inspired, but people really just need to stop plagiarizing and flat out stealing other creators content to pass off as their own.

Excellent article. It is sad in this day and age that this happens. As much as the people ripping off ideas are at fault, this platform doesn't help either like you said. Quantity over quality. Keep up the great work you do and don't get discouraged!

What a well written article!! I walked away from this article feeling like I learned something about an issue that would of never crossed my mind before. I always just assumed that their was an easy way for creators to "flag" issue of plagiarism and have those videos removed. Look how fast a video gets taken down if it has a snippet of a copyrighted song playing in the background.

Bro I love your videos so much my guy. I’m from South Africa and so access to some games are hard to come by like rn I’m not able to afford a console and there’s games I’ve been wanting to play just so I can understand the story behind every game because I love it. Like the Batman series, I’ve always wanted to play Arkham Knight and see what happens to Batman but I was unable to so you’ve been the guide for me and I appreciate it bro. I have to say after reading the Medium article I can never look at Gamranx, or the Leaderboard the same again. I am a member of the the COD gaming community and I had watch the Suggestive Gaming Black Ops Vid before MrDalekJD's entered my feed so I new Dalek's we Plagiarized with I saw it but Gamranx and the Leaderboard are channels I enjoyed watch but no more. I realize I am one person but as of today I will no longer be following those channels, the sad thing is that hey will still be in my feed.
