I live in the UK, and we had a South African transfer student come over during high school. Her first Winter here, it snowed and she was so overcome with excitement, as it was the first time she had seen it. She was pretty much the little baby seeing Rain for the first time (Only 16 years old...) Was really funny to see but also quite touching.
