Why do sellers get so greedy? She started by asking $2, 000 and then lost it when the expert said $10, 000. Getting even double her original asking price would be good. Global society needs some humility training or something....

I know these notes were authenticated and graded, but it still astonishes me the number of people who come in to the "shop" that don't do "due diligence" and research to arrive at a reasonable fair market value-

I hate when people come in asking for a certain amount and then they find out it's worth 5 times what they're asking and they still get offered 4 times what they want and didn't take it.

Those were graded and certified. You would think Rick would excuse himself, do a quick internet search, then return with an offer. No third party to throw a wrench in the negotiations.
