If you're looking for some feedback on your channel, I've watched about four videos and here's my first impression: I think the videos are in themselves pretty informative, if not inspiring to a younger audience. That said the start-up seems to be a bit too immature and intrusive. I'd say keep definitely keep it for your intro video - because it's kinda quirky, but it's far too long and over saturated to be on every video. Look at other YouTubers and how they start their videos, their brand is more subtle and it works well in the medium. It doesn't mean the hard work has to go to waste - because hopefully millions will see it when they first subscribe - but I can promise you, you will lose subs if you keep it in every video.
