Global corporates, markets, investors, traders and your average Jow or Ram, will look towards the wall street this week. On Wall Street this market participants’ focus will be on the US Federal Reserve's two day monetary policy meeting starting September 17. The US central bank is widely expected to slash interest rates for the first time since 2020. The Fed has kept its main interest rate at a two-decade high in hopes of slowing the economy enough to rein in high inflation.
This week, the Wall Street will also see updates on some crucial economic data such as US retail sales, home sales, and industrial production among others.
