🇯🇲🇯🇲 Nice design, beautiful house, can’t wait to see it painted and in full bloom.
Whomever designed the windows did so with cost-savings in mind by 2 in one/integrating the burgular bars and windows into one structure.
However, I did notice in all of the Nyabohanse housing constructions the window-bars/burglar-bars are not wrap to keep them clean and away from the heavy and hardened concrete being flashed on the walls.
Then wasted time, money and effort have to be spent chipping and scraping away those built-up cement residues.
I’m not alone in seeing that your house is at the bottom of a slope, this is problematic with potential flooding during torrential rain.
PLEASE MAKE ABSOLUTELY SURE THOSE MASONS DIG DEEP ENOUGH( at least 2 feet deep for worst cases) DRAINAGE CANALS 360* AROUND THE HOUSE.
FAILURE TO DO SO WILL CAUSE FURNITURE AND STRUCTURAL DAMAGES LEADING TO BUILDING COMPROMISE AND OVER TIME COMPLETE FAILURE.
Diana, don’t forget, this could be your biggest mistake if neglected.

For the exterior of the house, I recommend painting it a light gray color with black window frames. This color scheme will give the house a modern and sophisticated look. For the interior, I suggest painting the walls white to brighten up the space and make it appear larger.

DK, you’ve done a tremendous job; I’m very proud of you, young lady. What I have noticed about most of the doors installed in the new houses being built in your village, is that they are not sealed. You can see the outside spaces of the doors. Snakes, mosquitoes, and other critters can invade those houses, as can cold air during the cold seasons.

Painting the walls outside of your home White is going to make everything get dirtier faster I can understand painting the inside of the home that's different but with all the rain and the mud you would be wise enough to do it light gray like you were going to do
