Chamomila Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
1.5 oz Azuñia Reposado Organic Tequila
.75 oz Fino Sherry
.75 oz *Chamomile Tea Syrup
.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.5 oz Egg White

Instructions
Dry Shake
Shake
Strain

*Chamomile Tea Syrup:
Boil 2 cups of water.
Take off heat and steep 2 chamomile tea bags (read directions on steeping time).
Re-measure liquid in measuring cup.
Add equal parts white sugar to tea.
