The anime is called Your Name (2016) and it's the story about a young girl who lives in the country and a boy who lives in the city. They both began having weird recurring dreams where they would swap bodies for a few days and then come back. After waking up, they realise that time really did pass meaning they actually swapped bodies. After a few months of this happening maybe once a week, they start communicating by leaving messages on each others phones so they know what's going on in their real lives. At some point, the boy goes to visit the girl after the dreams stop only to realise she died a few years ago, which makes no sense. He realized he was switching bodies in the past, traveling back in time. He switched with her one last time, stopped her death. However, they both had memory loss and forgot about each other (she survived and they both make it back to their homes). 8 years later, they run into each other and this scene happens. I left out a lot of important details, I recommend this movie, its a 10
