My goal is to be making YouTube videos in Russian this year. I started learning Russian in 2023, but since at my job I am allowed to use headphones, I listen to Russian stories while I work, which allows me to get a lot of input in. I am mainly focusing on reading and listening right now, to try and learn as many words as possible, and not to speak.

it is really hard indeed . m still stuck on letters, more than 2 sound the same, then there are the no sound letters 😂. but M determined to put in the hours and finally be able to read atleast a page of russian book.

I always try to spend 5 hours a day and listen to Russian radio, e.g, Radio Svoboda, Bussiness FM, etc.... for words, i don't really have any issues...
