I love this channel! The videos are short and simple to follow along. When I want to cook something, I don't necessarily have too much time to watch a single 15 mins video but here you have 3 recipes in the length of a song. Great recipe as well!

I just made this (vegetarian version) today along with Nagi’s asian salad receipe and both were FANTASTIC! The spice blend made the quesadilla FULL OF FLAVOR. Initially my husband asked if we should put salsa on it. I said lets try it first. After trying it, we both said nope. It can stand on its own. Yum-eee. Way to go Nagi. I can’t wait to make other dishes of Nagi’s. I LOVE this channel. This might be my absolute favorite channel bc Nagi doesnt go on and on forever in her videos. She cuts to the chase. (No need to see all the veggies being cut one by one for 15 mins.) And most important it’s DELICIOUS.

This recipe is legit. Tried the beef quesadilla tonight and it’s really good. Be careful not to overdose on the cheese though else you might get a really oily quesadilla.

I made the chicken version last night it was great but i suggest to add about a teaspoon of oil to the pan when pan frying the tortilla as the tortilla burns more easy without the oil and since there is so little oil it wont make the tortilla soggy
