Cooking pumpkin scones / snacks for kid’s and hubby. Tagalog language.
ingredients:
1. 2 tablespoon of butter
2. 1 cup of sugar
3. 1/2 teasspoon of salt
4. 2 eggs
5. 2 cups of mashed pumpkin
6. 4 1/2 cups of self-raising flour.
Method:
2.Mashed cold cooked pumpkin
3. in a bowl, combine butter, salt and sugar using electric mixer
4. add egg and pumkin and beat until well combined.
5. stir in, by hand,sifted flour, then turn onto a floured board and cut with small scone cutter. place on tray and cook for 20-25 minutes. serve with butter and jam or cream.
